State & District Committee Members

In the Georgia GOP Rules, it states out the roles of both State & District Committee members. State Committee members are represenatives of thier conservative consituents in thier respective counties to be the year round governing body of the State GOP affairs. They are reconized voting members, able to partisipate in voting, approve appropriations, hear/appeal any disputes from District or county GOP's , and ratify/reject Rule changes. Furthermore, they may formulate comittees and pass resolutions that effect the entire State Party. The District Committee mimics some of these enumerated abilites to represent the Congressional GOP Districts, and govern jointly with State Committee members. Furthermore, they can form committees, pass resolutions, hear and settle disputes, approve appropriations, and other actions within thier perview and respect to county GOP atonomy.
